Removal of Infringing Content

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and its location before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which WorldofNulled.com may be found.
A physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers

WorldofNulled.com reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

False Claims

Filing a false claim of infringement may result in legal consequences, including but not limited to damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees.
